SHIPPING:

We charge $3.00 shipping on all orders within the continental US. E-mail us to inquire about international shipping or shipping outside of the lower 48 states.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you give us the wrong address or an old address, we will make every effort to get your package to your correct address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

We do our best to ship quickly. We understand how exiciting it is to receive your package, we don't enjoy waiting either. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. Once your package has been shipped, we can't speed up the delivery. 

If you live in the Grant County, Indiana area and would like to arrange to pick up your order, please enter coupon code "PICKUP" during checkout. We will e-mail you to schedule a time for you to come and pick-up your order.

RETURNS:

No returns except for damaged/defective merchandise. You must contact us within 10 business days of merchandise arrival if there is damage or if the product is defective. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

We try to keep our inventory current. Our site is set up to only show items that are in stock. 

Pre-order items are found in the "Pre-Order" category on the left side of the home page. We do NOT keep these items in stock. We will place your order with our wholesaler as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival of your order. If the item is out of stock at our wholesalers, we will contact you by e-mail to find out if you would like to wait or receive a full refund. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once we place your order with our distributors. We will only accept returns for merchandise damaged during shipping.
